Birthday Parties
Hosts do not agree about this one. Most describe an owner who walked them through every detail and staff who handled setup and clearing away without being asked; three describe being treated rudely on the day, two of those while hosting their own child's party. An 18 percent service charge is added on top of whatever you book, so budget from a higher number than the one on the card.
