About

Televisions upstairs show the play floor below, in a room set aside for the adults — and once you have spent an afternoon standing at the edge of a ball pit you will understand why that leads. Downstairs is a pretend town, a three-level maze, a climbing wall and an arcade; upstairs there is a pool table, darts, massage chairs and a cafe that does a decent waffle. Older children get a PS5 and a VR setup.

Siblings are discounted and adults play free, and the venue publishes no time limit on a day's play, which for the range on offer is fair.

Two honest notes. The party reviews are mixed — several hosts describe a smooth, well-run evening, while one who paid a great deal was unhappy with the catering down to the state of the fruit. And one visitor wrote that they did not feel welcome, which sits against a number of warm reviews from a mixed clientele, one of which answers it directly. One account, worth reading in the round rather than dismissing or leaning on.
