An indoor playground gives children a padded, enclosed place to climb, slide and run while a parent watches, and what a visit buys varies between venues.
Start with the ticket. Some venues sell a timed session and send everyone out when it ends, while others let a child stay until closing on a single admission. Whether the adult with them comes in free, pays a smaller fee or pays the same as the child varies too, and so does the treatment of a baby who never leaves the stroller. Where we hold a venue's own terms, its listing here gives them in the venue's words.
Age ranges matter more than the word playground lets on. Some rooms are built around crawlers and new walkers, some are scaled for school-age climbers who want height and speed, and plenty split the floor so the smallest children have a gated corner away from the bigger ones. For a parent of a toddler, that separate area is often the deciding detail, and each city page can filter for it. A venue we have no answer for is never counted as having that area.
Sock rules catch families out. Many venues want socks on every child on the structure, and on any adult who climbs in after them, and some sell grip socks at the front desk for those who forget. A café on site, party hosting and sensory sessions are worth checking before you drive over as well. Sensory sessions appear only once a person has verified them, because a wrong answer there can spoil a family's visit; until then the listing says they are not yet verified.
Every price on a venue card shows where it came from. A figure a person has confirmed carries a verified badge and the date of that check. A figure read from the venue's own website carries that source and the date we read it, and remains the venue's claim until someone confirms it. Where we hold no figure, the card says so instead of guessing. Prices appear exactly as the venue states them, with no tax, fee or arithmetic of ours added.
Each city page below covers venues in and around that city, often reaching into neighboring towns, and filters on the details above. The guides that follow the city list take up the questions that reach past any single venue.
