About
What makes this one work for anxious parents is staffing. Coaches are posted at the activities rather than behind a desk, one reviewer describes a manager out on the floor for the whole visit, and they photograph your group on arrival so a child cannot leave with the wrong adult. One parent of an autistic daughter who visits play spaces every day writes that this is the place that has never made them feel judged.
The floor is obstacle courses, a rock wall, a zip line, trampolines and ninja-warrior kit, pitched at two to twelve, though one parent puts the realistic ceiling nearer ten. Open play runs as a timed two-hour session rather than an all-day pass, and grip socks are required. One reviewer's gripe is that the no-shoes rule goes unenforced: she wrote that people ignore the signs and noticed a member of staff walking the play area in sneakers. One review says it is worth the drive from the city, and made it.
