About

There is one thing children here ask to come back for, and it is the zip line. The most telling review on this page comes from a parent whose kids pick this over a bigger, brighter playground nearby purely because of it. It is a sensory gym rather than a playground — suspended swings, crash mats, a trampoline, a calming room for when a child needs the volume turned down, and an arts and crafts corner — and it is explicitly not autism-only. Neurodivergent and neurotypical siblings use the same equipment, which is the entire design.

Parents write about it in a register you do not often see: relief. Several describe somewhere nobody stares, staff who have offered advice as well as supervision, and a Friday evening session they build the week around.

It is not flawless, and the criticism is specific enough to take seriously. A visitor who knows another branch of the same franchise found this one noticeably tireder — one member of staff on shift, toys outdated and missing pieces, the calming room uninviting. A birthday host reported open-play guests being let in twenty minutes before their private time was up. Ask what staffing looks like on the day you book.
