About
Come expecting noise. One parent measured it against an active mechanics garage with children screaming through it, and that is a fair warning for any child sensitive to sound — ear protection is not an overreaction here. What the volume buys is a genuinely busy floor: three separate ball pits, one held back for the three-and-unders, another wired to a screen the kids pelt with balls to score points, and tricycles to ride around the edges of it all. It works from crawling age up to about ten.
One rule causes more trouble at the desk than anything else. Babies under one come in free only when an older sibling is paying, so a baby arriving on their own gets charged, and that has produced some genuinely angry reviews from parents who found out at the counter. Settle it when you book. Staff warmth is where reviewers part company: plenty single out the floor team for constant tidying and patient explanations, while others describe a scripted greeting and no eye contact for the children. Both readings turn up in the same month, so treat it as luck of the shift.
