Set aside the assumption that everything advertised will be running. Two visitors, months apart, describe the same pattern — a ball pit short of balls, the air-and-ball machines in the middle of the floor not running, a climbing area roped off with no explanation given. What is working is genuinely good; the recurring complaint is the gap between what is advertised on the way in and what is switched on when you get there.

Against that, this branch's staff get warmer notices than most. One family drove across the city specifically because they preferred the welcome here to another site of the same chain, and the party rooms are described as clean and roomy. The pizza, unusually for a play centre, is praised rather than tolerated — four separate reviewers bring it up unprompted.

It stretches across a wide age gap: one parent reports a four-year-old and a twelve-year-old both busy for hours. Under-twos need closer watching, because the main structure is built for bigger children and less of the floor is genuinely gated than at the toddler-first rooms elsewhere in the city. The air conditioning is reliable, which in July is most of the argument.
