Play runs in ninety-minute sessions, eating happens in a separate room from the toys, and there is a bin by the door for anything a baby has had in their mouth, which staff then sanitize.

It also operates more like a small STEM school with open play attached than a playground with classes on the side: camps and drop-off clubs dominate the review record and are what families rave hardest about, which is worth knowing if all you want is somewhere for a rainy Tuesday. Two practical notes. A second adult is charged for, which one long-standing customer flags as the only play space in Durham doing it, and the booking rules are firm — the same reviewer was refused a reschedule after missing a session. Parking is thin, because the units either side of it are busy too.
