What surprises people here is the coffee. Not an urn in the corner but a proper little cafe — a spirulina-spiked Cookie Monster latte that one reviewer came back for on its own, matcha somebody went out of their way to praise, babyccinos for the small people, and scones worth the trip. That matters more than it sounds, because the room is designed around the adult sitting in it as much as the child in front of them: clear sightlines from the seats, music at a volume you can talk over, and enough calm that a parent reached for the word peaceful.
It opened at the start of 2026 and reads like it, with a climbing frame, magna tiles, pretend-play stations and an arts corner rather than one big structure. The fit is roughly one to five and thins out quickly above that. Classes run alongside open play, from story-building to cooking and yoga, and the owners are usually on the floor rather than behind a screen. Capacity is genuinely limited, so reserve: walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.
