One manager's name turns up in more than half the recent reviews, and that tells you two things. The service is genuinely good — visitor after visitor describes being walked through how it works, given a group discount, handed passes for a return trip — and one family who tried another branch now drives back to this one for the difference in atmosphere. When a venue's reviews concentrate this hard on one person, that is usually what is holding it up.

What reviewers are less sure about is the room. It is slides, and the honest complaint is that slides alone wear thin: one parent reckoned children get bored inside half an hour and wanted a trampoline added. There is a dodgeball area that visitors say needs an adult in it, since the children were left to enforce the rules on each other. Tickets split at four with a much cheaper junior rate below that, house socks cost extra, and the building shuts for an hour in the evening — arrive at twenty past eight and you will be turned away, as one family was.
