Signs at the top of the slides promise staff supervision, yet one visitor found no employee there at all, and another says the top needs more supervision because bigger children kept running over the younger ones. Add stairs that one adult called steep, and landings that three riders describe as hard, and this suits children who can manage a slide on their own rather than ones you would normally stand beside.
The age rules are the venue's own and they are firm. The big slides and air courts are for ages four and up; younger children get the Junior Jungle, which also takes older ones under 45 inches tall. One parent of a tall nearly-four-year-old found him kept off the bigger slides.
Two practical notes. Only the venue's own socks are allowed, so grip socks from other play centers will not do. And if noise is a problem, the calendar carries Sensory Hours, with the music lowered and fewer people on the floor; at other times one parent found the screaming made conversation hard.
