Children wash their hands going in and again coming out, and staff walk the floor with disinfectant while they play. Reviewers notice, repeatedly and unprompted, and one who has toured the metroplex calls it the cleanest indoor play place she has found in the area. Smaller deliberate touches back it up: a gate on the toddler room, and extra lighting rigged to the roof structure so no corner of the climbing frame sits in shadow.
The room divides by age, with a Little Cubs area for four-and-unders and a larger structure beyond it, though a first-timer complained that nobody explained the split at the desk. Parties get their own section rather than sharing the floor, with staff assigned to the room and the arcade for the whole booking.
Two real caveats. It is not cheap for the size and more than one parent says so plainly. And outside food is refused even though the eating area is entirely separate from the play space — a family who arrived with packed lunches was directed outside in ninety-eight degree heat and left without going in. Check the policy before you load the car.
