About
Where most rooms on this page sell a flat two hours, the pass here changes with the calendar: two hours at weekends and holidays, unlimited play on a school day. That one line explains most of the confusion in the reviews, and it is the most useful thing to know before you drive over. Come on a Tuesday in term time and you can stay all afternoon. Come on a Saturday and the clock is running.
Pricing compounds it. Walk-in admission is high, membership brings the per-visit rate down sharply, and the rate depends on your child's height as well as the day — a family who joined on one visit found the rate they were quoted did not apply to their five-year-old the next. Ask for the price for your child's height, on the specific day you are going.
What you get is a large modern floor with a sand room, a dressing-up area, interactive projectors and a laser tag arena, and families report six-hour visits without exaggeration. Cleanliness reports split: most call it spotless, a minority flag the costumes and the shoes-on walkway leading to the sand. Parking is the other steady complaint.
