Walk-in admission is high, membership brings the per-visit rate down sharply, and the rate depends on your child's height as well as the day — a family who joined on one visit found the rate they were quoted did not apply to their five-year-old the next. Ask for the price for your child's height, on the specific day you are going.
What you get is a large modern floor with a sand room, a dressing-up area, interactive projectors and a laser tag arena, and families report six-hour visits without exaggeration. Most call it spotless; one visitor flags the dress-up costumes and a shoes-on walkway leading to the sand. Parking is at a nearby hotel garage, which one reviewer found out the hard way.

Birthday Parties
Hosts write about the themed decoration — balloon arches, a setup built to the theme they chose, staff carrying the cake in — and the entry tier is the one excluded from themes altogether. It puts you in the small room rather than the large one, too. So the reviews you are reading mostly describe a party a step or two up from the cheapest; budget for the gap or expect a bare room.
