The trade is size. Two reviewers, months apart, describe a smaller room than they had pictured, and that is fair to know going in: you are paying for the calm and the curation rather than for square footage. It is also unusually honest about its ceiling. The play space is built for under-fives and says so, and a sibling of six or over comes in free but is handed board games instead of the play floor — a real constraint, not a soft one, if you are bringing a mixed-age pair.
