The smell is what recent reviewers keep coming back to. Separate visitors describe poor ventilation, a damp or dusty air, and restrooms without paper — one asked to have a door propped open and was refused. Renovations were under way in the spring, and a couple of reviews since then note the improvement, so this may be a venue caught mid-repair rather than one in decline.
Worth saying what is being repaired, because the kit is genuinely good: trampolines, a large ball pit, slides, obstacle areas, dressing-up costumes, a play kitchen and projector games that adults end up joining in with. There are arcade machines that take quarters, with a change machine on site.
The other shift is price. A parent who used to bring a two-year-old for seventeen dollars came back after a break to find the same session at more than double, and says plainly it is no longer worth it. Sundays are the crush — it runs close to three times weekday levels at the weekend. Best for two to five; families report running out of things well before the session ends.
