Entry runs in timed sessions with a clean-down between them, which is why the place stays as tidy as reviewers say it does, and why walking in on spec does not work. Ninety minutes to two hours is the standard session and most parents find it about right.

Inside it is pretend play rather than physical play, and the detail is the point: a recycling truck, a fire station with a slide, an ice cream cafe, a vet's with leashes hung on the wall, a doctor's office with glasses to try on, a spaceship corner, trains. Crafts and a snack come with the session. Slime is the thing children ask to come back for, and it gets bought as an add-on more often than it gets used, because the hour goes.

Two limits are worth being straight about. There is nothing to climb, so a child who mainly wants to burn energy is in the wrong building. And the room is genuinely small — busy sessions still feel navigable, but this is a play museum rather than a play barn. It suits ones through eights, parking in the garage is validated, and using the elevator nearest the play space cuts the outdoor walk to a few yards, which matters in January.
