About
Play here comes in ninety-minute sessions, five of them on weekdays and a single morning session on Saturdays and Sundays, so the reservation page is the place to start. You can pay at the door and join a session already under way if there is space, but weekends have the least room: one parent who booked a Saturday about two weeks ahead found a single public slot that day.
The sessions are the design rather than a limit on it. Numbers are capped, the high-touch surfaces are wiped down between groups, and each session ends with the children picking out a snack, which two parents credit with getting their children out of the door without a fight. One visitor who knows a lot of play spaces still found ninety minutes too short.
Inside, the theme is the outdoors: a general store to run, a forest fort to build, a lakeside cabin to cook dinner in, and fishing and camping corners, plus a resident bearded dragon that children are allowed to meet and, in one family's case, to pet. It is aimed at one- to eight-year-olds; older siblings come in free but are asked to play calmly. No food in the play area, though drinks are welcome, and the museum asks you to leave the stroller outside if you can.

Admission
from venue website, Aug 2026
Admission is $23 per child ages 1-8. Children older than 8 and under 1 are free if accompanied by a paying sibling. If a child under 1 attends without siblings, they pay regular admission fee.
Birthday Parties
You get the party room to yourselves for the first hour and then you do not — the rest of your slot is ordinary museum time, shared with whoever else reserved it. Bring your own food and decorations. Crafts are charged separately and are pitched at four and up. Parties here also swallow the public booking slots, which is worth knowing from whichever side of that arrangement you are on.
