The complaint to know about before you book is decor that doesn't arrive as promised. Two separate hosts wrote at length about it — one found the balloon arch taped and partly deflated, with setup still underway as guests walked in; the other found the theme they had agreed simply hadn't been done. When the first raised it, management accused them of making it up. Put every request in writing, and confirm the day before.
The schedule is the other thing to check. Weekends go entirely to private bookings, so open play is a weekday proposition — fine if you have a day off, useless if you don't.
None of which is the whole story, or the place would have no regulars, and it plainly has plenty. One family says they have come since the venue's first location on Victory Boulevard; another brings a three-year-old every other week. What the adults single out is the coffee bar, which comes up in review after review. One reviewer called it a hole in the wall and clearly meant it kindly.

Where this one goes wrong is the paid extras. Two hosts writing more than a year apart both ordered themed decor and a balloon arch and say they did not get what they paid for. The base package itself draws no such complaints — the coffee bar for the waiting adults comes up again and again.
