Built for preschoolers and honest about it: fourteen themed rooms that walk a small child through the world of the cartoon, free-roaming rather than queued, with nothing in it for anyone who has outgrown the show. Ones to fives are the audience, and parents of children that age consistently report an hour or two of real absorption rather than a quick lap.
Entry runs on timed slots and sells out, so book ahead instead of turning up. The trade-off families keep naming is that adults pay the full rate for a space with nothing in it for them, there is no cafe of its own, and no outside food or drink is permitted beyond a shop-bought cake at a party. Several say the booking pages did not make the adult charge clear enough.
Being inside Woodfield is the practical advantage: the visit folds into a mall trip, and the mall's own little train is a dependable bribe on the way out. Weekends run at well over twice weekday levels and peak mid-afternoon, so a weekday slot is a materially calmer experience.
