Ring first. Whatever else you do about this one, ring first, because the most repeated complaint against it across years rather than weeks is that the posted hours are not reliable. Reviewers describe being turned away well inside opening time, a door still shut past the stated opening, and being charged in full for a session cut short because staff wanted to close early. Even a long-standing five-star regular gives the same advice in gentler words: they always call ahead.

Work around it, though, because the layout is genuinely well judged for the ages it serves. Two floors, split rather than mixed. The upper one is under-threes only, with a section walled off again for babies still crawling, and the lower one takes everyone bigger, up to about ten; three separate parents describe the same benefit, a small child with somewhere to retreat to when the older ones got rowdy. There is a bounce house with a slide, a jungle gym, several ball pits, a nursing and changing room, and a coffee station that reviewers rate above their expectations. Adults do not go on the equipment here, which one reviewer counted against it when comparing the place with a bigger rival across town.

The other durable criticism is cleanliness, and it comes from enough separate visitors across enough time to count: sticky floors, socks that come off black, restrooms that needed attention. Against that, a parent who has brought an autistic child here for years calls the place consistently kind and consistently safe, and reads the worn patches as what a well-used play space looks like.
