About
You cannot simply turn up here. Every booking is private, and that is the first thing to know. Guests notice it in a good way: one write-up mentions the door being held to their group while a party next door tried to wander in. It runs over two floors, with a laser challenge room, VR, arcade machines and a big play structure upstairs, and the games carrying on downstairs alongside face paint and glow-in-the-dark nail polish.
The staff are what almost every write-up is actually about. Hosts describe being checked on throughout, food set out, and the whole event run for them — one says the service beat high-end restaurants they have eaten in, another that they never had to lift a finger. Three separate hosts mention the adults' lounge, with complimentary water and massage chairs.
One host who booked a sixth birthday recommends it for five and up, and is specific about why: their youngest got knocked about in the parents-versus-kids ball game and was too small for the big structure. Another family held a first birthday here and loved it, so the floor is softer than that sounds — but the bigger children plainly get more out of it. One host calls it pricey and worth it in the same breath.
