About
Know about the wear before you go. Reviewers describe torn padding patched with tape, pieces that are broken or out of order, and arcade machines that turn out not to work only after the money has gone in. Even the parent who calls this the safest place they have found for a two- or three-year-old adds that a few attractions could use maintenance.
That same parent makes the case for it well: a toddler can roam the whole floor without running into anything dangerous, and it is generally not overcrowded. There is a proper kitchen serving meals for adults as well as children, with pizza the dish reviewers name, but it closes before the play floor does, so a late-afternoon visit means eating first.
Ordinary socks are fine, so there is nothing to buy at the desk on the way in. From Monday to Thursday the wristband lets you step out and come back within an hour; from Friday to Sunday there is no re-entry, so a weekend visit is one stretch. A few reviewers found the staff brusque, one of them at check-in.

Birthday Parties
Two families who booked here went out of their way to praise the catering — the sandwich and fruit platters in particular, one of them saying they would come back for the food alone. That is rarer than it sounds in a party package. The figure quoted covers adults as well as children, and the venue states that tax and fees are already inside it rather than waiting at the end.
