About
Height, not age, decides how much of this building a child can use. The inflatable trampoline arena and the Ballocity foam-ball room take only kids between 32 and 54 inches tall, the venue recommends laser tag from five and requires sneakers for it, and adults stay off the bounce-park inflatables. A child past 54 inches is down to laser tag and the arcade, a toddler under 32 inches can't use the arenas at all, and parents go into the bounce arena to supervise but not to play.
The basic ticket is a single timed hour, half in each arena, and two of the complaints come from visitors who expected more from it: one found it repetitive, another was surprised laser tag wasn't part of it. The all-day passes are the way to make an afternoon of it, and the top tier folds in bowling and a laser maze.
Upkeep is what reviewers notice. Several call it clean, and two describe watching staff keep it that way through a busy session, one of them wiping down machines after every use. A run of reviews praises the managers for going out of their way, and one visitor saw staff put a malfunctioning game right on the spot. Bring socks for the arenas and sneakers for laser tag; most visits need both.

Birthday Parties
Choose laser tag for the Basic party if you want an arena to yourselves. The other option, an hour of trampoline and Ballocity, runs in the shared play areas unless you pay to upgrade it to private play, even though the same page says every package includes private arenas. Parents join the private games free, and afterwards the kids take their game cards into the arcade, which stays open to everyone. Beyond a cake, no outside food is allowed.
