About
Everything here runs off a booked two-hour slot, and that shapes the whole visit. Sessions sell out on bad-weather days and through the colder months — precisely when you most want one — and leaving early buys you nothing, because stepping out means a fresh booking to come back. Members get a month's booking window against a fortnight for everyone else, which is the real argument for membership rather than the play itself.
What fills those two hours is unusually varied for one room. There is a trampoline zone with basketball hoops and an interactive jump game, a three-level climbing structure with a zip, a turfed hill with ropes to haul yourself up, an arcade, and a pretend-play village where children run a market and a hospital ward. It is a lot for one floor. Grandparents make up a striking share of the reviews and describe keeping up with all of it from the benches and the coffee lounge. Staff are visibly, constantly cleaning; that comes up more often than any single attraction does.
It is pitched at ten and under and the venue says so plainly — an older sibling will find something, but not much. Saturday from lunchtime into the early evening is its own busiest stretch and weekends run at roughly twice its weekday traffic, so a weekday morning is effectively a different room. One catch worth knowing: the grip socks are branded, compulsory and sold at the desk, and the pair you brought from home will not be accepted.
