Massage chairs, outlets, real coffee, and a couch in a back room for feeding a baby out of sight. This is the rare one that treats the adult as a person who also has to be there for two hours. Parents describe getting a work shift done from a table while a toddler circulates, which is only possible because the room is small enough to see clear across.
It is at its best from about one to five. Everyone is in socks, adults included, and there is a cap on how many grown-ups come in with each child, so it never fills up with spectators. Because it is small it does get packed, and an early weekday slot is the difference between a calm morning and a scrum.
Read the one-star reviews before you decide. One describes a confrontation with the owner over a child carrying a toy that is serious enough to weigh for yourself. They are a small minority of what is written here — the bulk of it describes the same owner as warm, hands-on and generous with regulars — but they are specific enough that you should read them rather than take a star rating on trust.
