Nobody else's party runs alongside yours here. One booking at a time is the model — the whole building goes to your group, with no second celebration in the next room and no open-play crowd on the floor — and at six thousand square feet that is a lot of building to have to yourself.

The kit leans gym rather than soft play: a zip line that staff operate themselves, bounce rides, and, added in a refit a couple of years back, a foam pit and a gated area for babies. Sight lines are good enough that adults can sit and still see every corner. Food is brought in from a local deli rather than cooked on site, which several parents name as the thing that made their day easy.

It isn't universally liked. The recurring complaint is rigidity: outside vendors aren't permitted, and more than one reviewer has felt the house rules applied unevenly. Settle what you can and can't bring at the booking stage rather than on the day. Three to twelve is the honest age range — younger than that and most of the equipment sits behind the baby gate.
