The ticket covers the whole day rather than a session, and that one fact decides how you use the place: play, break for lunch somewhere else, come back, pay once. Two adults come in free with each paying child, and a ten-visit punchcard with no expiry date is sold at the desk for families who expect this to become the wet-afternoon default.
Children are taken from one to seventeen, which is a wide band and is worth reading as a warning as much as a promise. The floor is shared, so a walking toddler and a teenager can be on it at the same time; if you are bringing a one-year-old, the size of the room is the thing working in your favour rather than any separation of ages.
The reviews need a caveat. A long run of the recent ones landed within a couple of hours of each other after a single party, and are one-line thanks naming the same host — which tells you about that host and very little about the venue. What survives it is a regular's description of a spacious place to let children burn energy, and a costumed dragon that the chain writes into its party packages and that the smallest guests plainly liked.
