About
The highest-rated of the five Kids Empire branches on this page, and by a clear margin — which on nearly twelve hundred reviews is not noise. What reviewers single out is not the equipment, which is the same as the others, but the staff. One describes a child who froze partway up the structure and was talked down by a member of staff who stayed patient about it; several describe the manager on the floor rather than behind the desk.
It is bright and clean. It works for a five-to-ten group, and the membership gets recommended unprompted by people who clearly use it every week.
The one substantial complaint is about what a party actually costs. A host was unhappy at paying for adults who never entered the play area, and reported the air conditioning struggling on the day. Ask exactly who counts toward your guest number before you book, because the answer is not the same at every branch of this chain.
