About
Book a birthday here and there is no room to book. The chain says as much in its own words on this branch's page: celebrations happen at reserved tables in the main play area, and it does not use private party rooms. Plenty of families want exactly that. The birthday child never leaves the floor, the party stays where the fun is, and nobody spends twenty minutes herding children between two rooms. If what you pictured was a door closing on a cake, this is not it.
The floor is the chain's standard build and a decent one — a multi-level padded maze, winding slides, ball pits, soft construction blocks and a dance floor, with a toddler zone of mini slides and a smaller ball pit walled off from the rest. It is pitched at ages one to twelve and reads that way, a twelve-year-old sitting right at the top of the range. Admission covers the whole day with re-entry, which makes it usable as a base for a longer trip out to Broadmoor Towne Center rather than one sitting. One chain rule catches people out and it is the food. No outside food or drink of any kind comes in on general admission — not a cake, not a coffee. Book a package and the food rules are different ones, so work out which set applies to you before you plan anything around a cake.
