Party hosting is a strength in recent reviews: attentive staff, a party planner/attendant who runs the show, and — unusually for the category — outside food allowed for parties, which materially cuts the cost of hosting. General upkeep draws occasional sharp complaints (one reviewer describes a water leak in a play area, another unimpressed by staff on phones), against a larger volume of clean-and-friendly reports; quality appears to vary by visit more than at smaller owner-run venues.
Best for roughly 2 to 10, with enough vertical structure that the top of that range doesn't age out early. Do the waiver online before a party — checking in a dozen guests without it is the slow way.
