About
Children make for the ride-on cars first, and the cars are also the reason a staff member is rarely far from the floor: they run on the park's network and drop out, and reviewers describe someone jogging over to restart them before a queue has time to form. That is the tone of the place generally, busy and watched, with the cleaning done in front of you rather than after closing.
The room is laid out so that one adult at a table can see all of it, which parents bringing more than one child mention repeatedly, and it is big enough for a five-year-old to disappear into without being big enough to lose them in. It is also a single open room, so a busy hour is busy everywhere in it: Sunday early afternoon is its own peak and the mornings are its calmest. Shoes come off at the door for everyone and the rule is enforced rather than merely printed.
The ticket runs all day with same-day re-entry, so playing, leaving to eat and coming back on the same wristband is the normal way to use it, with a mall's worth of food a short walk from the door. Ages one to about ten get the most out of that arrangement. Older children work through the structure quickly and will tell you the place is small, which it is.
