About

The short weekend window is the first thing to know here, and it is what most of the criticism is about: three separate reviewers describe arriving to a closed door or wishing the weekend ran longer, and the venue's own published schedule bears them out. Weekday mornings are the reliable slot, with a handful of late-afternoon sessions midweek. Plan around that and this is a good room. Assume ordinary weekend hours and there is a chance you will bounce.

The draw, once you are inside, is the zip line. Two parents single it out independently — one three-year-old spent nearly an entire session on it and nothing else — and it sits alongside trampolines, climbers, a rock wall, swings and a pretend-play kitchen and shop, in a space that was a children's gym before it was this. It works best for roughly two to seven. The venue pitches it at one to eight, and parents with children at the older end still report a solid hour out of it.

The cafe in the name is the weak part, and two visitors months apart say so: expect a drink and a packaged snack rather than a menu, though the free coffee has its defenders. One more thing worth knowing before you book a party rather than a play session — the venue's most detailed complaints all come from parties rather than from open play, and they are worth reading first.
