On the other is a family who found six live cockroaches in the play area in a single visit, two of them in the ball pit, and who report that staff apologized and acknowledged an infestation rather than treating it as a one-off. That is a hygiene finding rather than one bad afternoon, and it sits awkwardly against a room reviewers otherwise call spotless.
The thing to plan around is the private-event calendar. One parent bought a membership on a Thursday, arrived on the Friday to a closed building, and found it shut again the following Tuesday; the answer she got was that she should have checked Instagram. Another reviewer marked the place down for weekend closures and then revised upward once she understood they were parties — so the pattern is real rather than sinister, and it is a phone call rather than a reason to stay away. The venue runs toddler-only zones at one end and takes children up to pre-teens at the other, and under-ones get a first visit free.
