About
Check on the air conditioning before a summer visit. Two reviewers about seven weeks apart found it broken — the later one describes portable units making no dent in a room somewhere in the eighties, and giving up after half an hour — and heat is not something a parent can work around with a small child in a Miami summer.
Opening hours are the other thing to confirm. One family found it shut without notice on a weekday afternoon and another arrived at eleven to be told it would not open until half past one; the venue's own site warns that private events change its hours. A phone call first is cheap insurance.
When it is running properly this is an established, roomy place built for a long day: open since 2015, with a trampoline, free lockers and a kitchen serving food, and one child spent four hours there. A visitor with children of different ages found something for each of them, and one parent found a DIY slime and painting table running at weekends. The finish is tired in places. Two reviewers describe worn mats and a room that needs a deep clean, and one noticed the smell of the fryer throughout.

Birthday Parties
This is a venue families come back to — one parent describes having held several of their daughter's birthdays here, and the same small group of hosts is thanked in write-ups months apart, in both English and Spanish. It suits a themed booking: reviewers describe a pirate set-up and a character show, and it is the staff rather than the play floor that they write about.
