Know before you go that this is a preschool first. The building runs an early-learning program for children from six weeks to pre-K, and a good share of the reviews are from parents of enrolled pupils rather than from anyone who walked in to play. The playground is real and genuinely open to the public — walk-ins, no reservation needed.
The play space is better than that makes it sound: two separate playgrounds across three zones, a jungle gym, a dress-up corner, a pretend market, Legos, air hockey and a large toddler area, with a cafe that parents genuinely work from. One parent describes working from the cafe area while a child gets on with it.
The rating is the lowest on this page for a reason, and the complaints run to staff as well as upkeep. Broken toys that stay broken. A visitor found the place smelled strongly of urine on arrival, with carpets that looked dirty. Most seriously, a parent in 2025 whose child was cut by the sharp cut end of a replacement zip tie on a climbing structure, and who got no reply to a follow-up email. There is also a card surcharge, which the venue's own page notes and which surprised one visitor.
