About
Two regulars, writing days apart, land on the same complaint: the inflatables are tired. One had been coming for years and found the place looking neglected and the bouncers visibly old; the other said simply that some of them need replacing. Worth knowing before the drive, because scale is still the reason to come — fifteen thousand square feet of inflatable slides, obstacle courses and bounce houses, plus a ball pit, an arcade and a bungee trampoline.
The age rules are the venue's own and they are unusually explicit. Nobody over twelve is allowed on the inflatables at all; under-threes have a dedicated soft-play area and two bounce houses reserved for them, so the bottom end is properly built rather than a fenced corner. The top end is where reports differ: one visitor with an older child watched him run out of things to do inside ninety minutes and came away thinking it is pitched younger, while others describe toddlers having an excellent afternoon.
The other recurring note is about rules for the grown-ups. Two visitors describe floor supervisors correcting parents sharply over what adults may do in the play areas, one of them feeling watched for most of a birthday party. Against that, more than one reviewer calls the food reasonably priced, the concession runs to beer and wine alongside the pizza, and no outside food or drink is allowed in at all — so the afternoon is built for settling in.
