The rest of the year it runs purely as a birthday venue; the operator calls it a private party facility for children ten and under, and even the vacation open play comes in reserved, supervised sessions. So it is no answer for an ordinary school-day afternoon. For a school-vacation day with kids under ten, though, it offers a large inflatable floor spread across separate arenas of giant bouncers.
For parties, which is what nearly every review is about, the appeal is exclusivity. Only one group uses the arenas at a time, and one regular singles that out as the reason parents like it. Two reviewers describe staff coaxing nervous little ones into joining in, one worker riding the big slide down with a nearly-four-year-old, a detail that matters when a guest list spans preschoolers and third graders. Not everyone agrees. One account found the schedule rushed, with the extras adding up fast.
Open-play sessions can't be refunded inside 24 hours and aren't extended for late arrivals, so arrive a few minutes early to check in.

Book a Wednesday for the price on the card: that tier is not offered in school breaks, the night before a holiday or through the summer, and on other days the packages cost more. Parents describe a party they barely had to run: one found the pizza-and-cake room decorated for them, another found the pizza already cut and plated, and several say they did nothing beyond showing up.
