About
One dispute dominates the recent reviews and it is worth reading before you set out: grip socks. Three separate visitors — including two school groups that turned up with twenty-six and thirty children — say they checked by phone and on the website, were told ordinary socks were fine, and were then charged three dollars a pair at the door. The reply in each case was that the website would be updated. Whatever the policy is by the time you go, bring grip socks and treat the website as unreliable.
That aside, the room itself draws steady praise, particularly from parents of the very young. The structure is lower than most, which suits a two-year-old, and a gate has been fitted on the side that used to open straight onto the food court. The all-day wristband works as it does at the sister site in Garden State Plaza: leave, eat, come back. Reports on the bathrooms are poor and the most recent ones are no better. It is small, and the comparison a regular draws is that for a little more you can be somewhere considerably bigger.
