It is exceptionally clean. One reviewer who avoids indoor playgrounds on principle said she could not find a speck of dust. The rules are unusually relaxed about what you bring, too — your own socks are fine and so is your own lunch, which is rarer than it should be. There is a proper snack bar, the coffee gets called solid, and during a winter storm the team kept the doors open for families with nowhere else to go.
The caveat is the one that follows every popular room: supervision of the bigger children. Two parents describe serious incidents involving older boys and a four-year-old, and another regularly steers older kids out of the under-threes' ball pit. Weekday mornings are the fix.
