About
Read the reviews about the bill before you decide, because the door price is not what people object to. One visitor itemised it — the bounce area charged on its own, the claw machines taking cash on top of the game card, a personal pizza priced like a restaurant's — and totted up around seventy dollars for one child over two hours. Another puts the same thing in three words: nickel and dime. Neither is recommending the place, but the arithmetic is worth having before you walk in.
The refurbishment divides people, which is the useful thing to know about it. One parent who knew the old room loved the new look and called the big play structure the best idea they had had; another says only that it has changed and is not the same anymore. A third, comparing it with branches elsewhere, rated this one distinctly better.
Two separate visitors report arcade machines out of order, or failing to award tickets that had been won, which matters more here than it would elsewhere because for most of the children the tickets are the point. Management draws complaints from more than one reviewer as well, so if a booking goes wrong, expect to have to push.
