About
The complaints here have nothing to do with the games. Across four months six separate reviewers describe the same thing in nearly the same words — a front counter that is short with customers, and a manager whose manner sets the tone for everyone working under them. One watched children being hurried along at the prize counter; another was left waiting while nobody was serving. It is the most consistent signal this branch produces, and it is worth weighing if the mood of an afternoon matters to you.
The parties are a different operation and read that way. Hosts get thanked by name, the package covers the show and the ticket blaster, and several families describe a genuinely smooth couple of hours with nothing left to them. Come for a booked party and you will probably get the experience the reviews promise. Wander in on a Saturday and you are rolling the dice.
The fit-out is the current standard — arcade games, a lit dance floor, jumpy houses, and the mascot walking the room rather than performing a show, which disappointed one visitor who waited most of an afternoon for something more. Everything the place does well, it does for people who booked ahead.

Birthday Parties
The split in the reviews at this branch is sharp and worth knowing. Party hosts get named and thanked; the front counter and the manager draw complaint after complaint about rudeness and waiting. If you book a party, the host is the person you will actually deal with, which is the half that comes out well. Broken games come up too, though less often.
