Hosts get thanked by name, the package covers the show and the ticket blaster, and several families describe a genuinely smooth couple of hours with nothing left to them. Come for a booked party and you will probably get the experience the reviews promise. Wander in on a Saturday and you are rolling the dice.

The fit-out is the current standard — arcade games, a lit dance floor, jumpy houses, and the mascot walking the room rather than performing a show, which disappointed one visitor who waited most of an afternoon for something more. Everything the place does well, it does for people who booked ahead.
