About

Something odd runs through the complaints about this branch: most of them come from regulars rather than from first-timers. One describes a members-only evening that delivered almost nothing it had advertised, with the promised discounts not honored at the register. Another, on a separate visit, is dropping the membership over the prize counter and the food. Both had already worked out that the place was worth committing to and then changed their minds, which is a heavier verdict than one bad afternoon.

Booked parties are the exception, and the gap between the two experiences is stark. Families celebrating birthdays here, several of them over several years, describe a smooth couple of hours with goodie bags, a host who stays on top of things, and staff who stepped in when another parent turned unpleasant. Walk in without a booking and the write-ups get rougher: long waits for food in a near-empty room, restrooms out of soap, and a counter manner more than one visitor found short. The advice writes itself: book.

What earns this a place on a playground page rather than an arcade one is the Adventure Zone, an obstacle course and trampoline floor with a height ceiling that keeps it to smaller children. It is sold on top of general play. It also lives or dies on one attendant being present, and reviewers between them describe finding it shut with nobody to open it, unsupervised, and packed to the netting. Ask whether it is staffed before you pay for it.
