About
Reviews of this branch split cleanly between the room and the counter. The room gets the praise. A family who have come since it opened describe updated games and new carpet, several visitors call it clean and organized, and one parent who had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years came away impressed by the pizza.
The counter is where it goes wrong. A Fun Pass holder describes waiting to be served with nobody ahead of them, more than once, and another family waited over an hour for one pizza after being told that groups are served first. Several other reviewers, writing in English and in Spanish, call the staff or the manager rude. Against that, a family whose daughter has special needs had her party handled well, including a problem with the cake that was put right on the spot.
Budget for extras beyond the games. One parent was surprised to have to buy socks to use the trampoline, and another had a child taken off a slide for not having paid its separate charge. The chain puts its sweet spot at roughly four to ten, and says its trampolines are built for the younger end of that.

Birthday Parties
Every child in the party plays the games without limit for its whole length, and the package adds the birthday show and a turn in the ticket blaster. The catch is that the clock does not stop. It runs straight through the food and the show, so a slow start eats into play time. There is no room of its own; the party sits at a decorated table.
