The specifics repeat across separate reviews: games that swallow points from the pass without playing, machines missing pieces, air conditioning that cannot cope in August, no water fountains anywhere so a drink has to be bought, and restrooms that one long and detailed account found genuinely filthy. Customer service comes up as often as the equipment does.
None of that stops children enjoying it, and plenty of reviews say exactly that. But between the two Bronx branches this is the one carrying the heavier complaints, so if either is equally convenient, that is a real reason to choose.
