About
The play half of this branch only works when there is someone free to run it. The trampoline zone and the enclosed playground are staffed, separately ticketed attractions rather than a floor children can wander onto, and one family describes paying for the playground, sending their kids in, and being asked to take them straight back out because no member of staff was available to watch it. They offered to supervise their own children, were told that was not allowed, and waited about ten minutes. That is what a thinly staffed afternoon looks like here, and it is the risk you carry if the play area is the reason you came rather than the games.
The front desk is the other coin toss. One family never got past check-in at all, an arrival three people in the same party wrote up separately, and other visitors months apart describe staff who looked plainly unhappy to be there. Set against that are reviewers who name someone who went out of their way with a child, and a regular of several years who rates the people here as the best thing about the place.
Two practical notes. The trampolines carry a height limit, which quietly makes this a play zone for smaller children while everything above that height is really an arcade with pizza. And the chain runs a monthly sensory-friendly session with the lights and the sound turned down before normal opening, but participation varies by branch and this one's own page will not confirm it, so call before you build a morning around it.
