The reviews here divide, and not over the play equipment — everyone agrees that part is good. They divide over what people saw when they looked past it. Six or more visitors describe a room that is exceptionally clean, restrooms included. Three others, writing months apart, describe things they watched happen behind the counter that stopped them coming back. None of those three corroborates another, so none of them is a pattern; together they are still enough that the one-star reviews are worth ten minutes before you buy a membership.
What is not in dispute is the design. Parents sit in a cafe with real coffee and a children's menu, watching screens that carry the camera feeds from the play areas — two separate reviewers pick that out as the reason they could relax, and nowhere else on this list does it. Behind the screens sit a multi-level structure, a life-size clubhouse, an arts and crafts area and a pretend grocery store, with the smallest children given a space of their own.
It also sells time rather than days: an hour, a couple of hours, or a pass that lets you come and go, with more time added at the desk by the hour. That suits a short, cheap visit, and it suits the way weekends run here, which is hard — Saturday afternoons reach close to three and a half times a weekday level.
