About
Your child turning three adds nine dollars to the ticket here, and both age bands rise again on weekends. Worth checking which band you are in before you get to the desk.
The equipment skews young — a parent writes that their little girl can go up and down the slide safely, a grandparent brought a two-year-old, and another visitor recommends it for younger children in particular — and the store's own FAQ says it is built for children of ten and under. Food is sold on site and outside food and drink are generally not allowed, so eat first or plan to buy.
If you are booking a party, the fine print is where the surprises are. The private room may still be in use when you arrive, and staff will hold the cake, gifts and decorations until it frees up. Ice cream cakes are generally out because there may be no freezer to keep them in, and an outside entertainer — a magician, a face painter — has to be approved by the store in advance rather than simply booked. Cancel more than thirty days ahead and you get a full refund; inside thirty days you can move the date, but not get the money back.
