About

Although every Catch Air runs to much the same formula, each branch picks its own theme, and Paramus drew the underwater one. Reviewers mention the sea-life decor unprompted, usually as the thing their child remembers, but the feature that earns its keep is Tiny Town — a soft-play area fenced off for four-and-unders that older children are genuinely not allowed into. That is rarer than it sounds, and it is the difference between a good morning and a bad one if you are bringing a toddler and a six-year-old at the same time.

Admission buys the whole day rather than a session, and a hand stamp lets you leave for lunch and come back. Ordinary socks are fine, with no grip socks to buy at the desk. The sweet spot is roughly three to six; one regular reckons children get bored if you come more than a couple of times a year, which is fair for a place this size. The honest caveat is upkeep. A visitor listed the broken shooter games, a missing steering wheel and a removed spinning tube, and made the reasonable point that nothing is discounted or flagged when parts of the floor are out of action. Ask what is working before you pay.
