Something went wrong here for about a week. Separate reviewers left one- and two-star notes calling the place dirty and poorly maintained, the staff unprofessional, and in one case simply the worst ever — against warm reviews either side of that week. Whether it was a bad shift or a bad month, it is recent enough to know about and recent enough that it may already have been put right.
Read past it and the room is well equipped, with a ten-foot zipline swing one reviewer's daughter came looking for, plenty for a toddler, and an all-day pass rather than a timed session. Staff get named warmly and repeatedly in the party write-ups, which is usually the sign of a place that runs birthdays properly.
The other thing raised, though not unanimously, is price. A parent calls thirty dollars for an adult and child steep and wishes for an hourly rate, which is fair at a venue whose value depends on you staying. If you have an hour rather than an afternoon, this is the wrong ticket.
