Something went wrong here for about a week. Separate reviewers left one- and two-star notes calling the place dirty and poorly maintained, the staff unprofessional, and in one case simply the worst ever — against warm reviews either side of that week. Whether it was a bad shift or a bad month, it is recent enough to know about and recent enough that it may already have been put right.
Read past it and the room is large and well equipped, with a ten-foot zipline swing that gets singled out, plenty for a toddler, and an all-day pass rather than a timed session. Staff get named warmly and repeatedly in the party write-ups, which is usually the sign of a place that runs birthdays properly.
The gripe that is not about one bad week is price. A parent calls thirty dollars for an adult and child steep and wishes for an hourly rate, which is fair at a venue whose value depends on you staying. If you have an hour rather than an afternoon, this is the wrong ticket.
