About
A single ticket covers the whole day here, which changes how a visit works: you can leave for lunch and come back, as long as you keep the hand stamp and the receipt. The stamp does a second job on the way out. Children and the adult who brought them get matching invisible stamps at the door, and staff check that they match before anyone leaves.
The floor is divided by age. Tiny Town, the soft-play section, is reserved for children four and under and older siblings are kept out of it, while the rest of the building is pitched at ten and under. Adults can go in to help their own child but aren't allowed to play on the equipment themselves.
Plain socks are fine for everyone, and that includes parents who only stand and watch in the carpeted and toddler areas; the desk sells pairs if you forget. Outside food isn't allowed beyond baby food, formula and medical needs, so plan on the café, which does coffee as well as kids' food. No booking is needed for open play, but admission can be paused when the building reaches capacity.
